Tracking eyeballs in billboards

We all know that one of the success metrics for websites such as Yahoo!, Google etc is the traffic they receive a.k.a eyeballs. Now, we have a similar technology available for billboards. Obviously, it has run into privacy issues.  Have you seen any such billboards?

Where is the Dollar – Rupee headed?

A few months ago, the Rupee was @ 39 to the dollar, today it is ~@42 and seems to be holding steady at that value. Look at the graph below:

Any idea whats going on? – any financial gurus out there?
